Terms of Service
1. General Provisions
These Terms of Service (hereinafter: Terms) apply to services provided by AeroConsulting (hereinafter: Provider).

2. Services
The Provider offers the following services:
- Airport operations consulting
- Special flight operations support
- Pilot training organization support
- Airspace design and authorization
- Cybersecurity services (EASA Part-IS compliance)
3. Contract Formation
A contract is formed between the Provider and the Client when the parties agree in writing on the content of the service, pricing, and other conditions.
4. Pricing and Payment Terms
Service pricing is based on individual agreements. Payment terms are specified in individual contracts. The standard payment deadline is 15 days from invoice date.
5. Confidentiality
The Provider undertakes to treat confidential information received from the Client as confidential and not to disclose it to third parties.
6. Liability
The Provider's liability is limited to the service fee amount, except in cases of intentional or grossly negligent conduct.
7. Intellectual Property
Intellectual property rights to documents, analyses, and other materials prepared by the Provider belong to the Provider, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Contract Termination
The contract terminates upon completion of the service or upon termination by either party with 30 days written notice.
9. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for non-performance or delayed performance of the contract if it is a result of a force majeure event.
10. Applicable Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by Hungarian law. The parties shall first attempt to resolve disputes through negotiation. If unsuccessful, the Budapest District Court shall have jurisdiction.
11. Amendments
The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on the website.
