When you submit the contact form, the name, email address, organisation, selected service and message are processed. Telephone number is optional. The form also includes a hidden anti-spam field named website, which is expected to remain blank.

The server uses the Accept-Language header to select a language variant. Contact error logs may contain only a correlation ID, timestamp and sanitized error code, command and response code; no form contents or credentials.

The purpose is to receive, transmit by email and respond to your inquiry. The applicable legal basis depends on the nature of the inquiry:

• GDPR Article 6(1)(b): enquiries requesting steps before entering into a contract.
• GDPR Article 6(1)(f): general business correspondence and enquiries submitted by representatives of organisations. Our legitimate interest is maintaining business communications and responding to these enquiries.

The form acknowledgment that the Privacy Notice has been read is not consent and is not itself a legal basis.

The application does not retain inquiries in an application database or inquiry store. Form data is processed transiently for validation and email transmission. Success is reported only after acceptance by the mail server; this is not confirmation of final inbox delivery. The delivered message is retained in the business mailbox for the retention period specified below.

Contact-form enquiries may be accessed by AeroConsulting Hungary Kft.’s managing director and any personnel specifically authorised to handle enquiries, strictly to the extent necessary for their work.

Transmission uses only the configured SMTP mail server; there is no automatic alternative mail path. The following providers apply to the active hosting profile. Selecting the web application's hosting profile does not change email configuration.

Service-provider personnel and subprocessors may access personal data only where required to provide or secure the relevant service and subject to applicable contractual and confidentiality obligations.

Contact-form enquiries are retained for 12 months after the last substantive communication.

The application maintains no inquiry database or retry queue. This retention policy applies to enquiries held in the business mailbox; the application does not perform automatic mailbox deletion.

The 12-month inquiry period does not itself determine provider-log retention. Technical logs are handled separately from inquiry correspondence.

The site's own code sets no cookies, stores no data in browser storage and loads no third-party tracking resources. The site does not use advertising or behavioural analytics. This does not exclude necessary technical logging by hosting and email providers.

The hosting provider may process request and device metadata required to deliver, monitor and protect the service. This position is reviewed whenever the website, hosting configuration or integrated services change.

The current audited application has no active application cookie or browser-storage item. There is no active analytics, marketing tracking, embedded content or CAPTCHA. Language selection is URL-based; the former aeroconsulting-language localStorage key has been removed. Details are in the Cookie Notice.

External sites (such as LinkedIn, AeroSecure or training sites) are visited only after an explicit click; they are not embedded. Fonts and images are self-hosted.

Depending on the applicable conditions and legal basis, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction; object to processing; and request data portability where its conditions apply. You can send a request to the email address below.

You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH): 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; www.naih.hu.

Please note that formal proceedings cannot be initiated through the Authority’s general customer-service email address.

In addition to contacting a supervisory authority, judicial remedies may be available under applicable law.

You may exercise your data-protection rights by contacting info@aeroconsulting.hu. We respond without undue delay and normally within one month. Where permitted by the GDPR, this period may be extended by up to two further months because of the complexity or number of requests; in that case, we will inform you within the original one-month period. If we have reasonable doubts concerning the requester’s identity, we may request the additional information necessary to verify it.

AeroConsulting Hungary Kft. has not appointed a Data Protection Officer because, based on its current processing activities, it is not subject to the mandatory appointment requirements of GDPR Article 37. Privacy enquiries are handled through the contact address above.

The contact form does not subscribe you to a newsletter and does not request marketing consent. The acknowledgment that the notice has been read is only associated with a link to this notice.
